While Technically Not Accessible To OHV Due To Current Laws In The State, There Are Dirt Roads In Pemibna County That Allow You To Access The Scenic Overlook.
I got to the overlook with my pick up and found that the road to the overlook is narrow and looks like it could hold water in a heavy rain event.
Beautiful, Modern Amenities Such As A Covered Picnic Area & Well-Kept Benches Allow A Visitor To The Site To Be Comfortable While Enjoying The Breathtaking Views Of The Country-side. It’s Beautiful. Not What I Was Expecting When Thinking About North Dakota!
It’s So Hilly, In Fact That There Is A Ski Resort Close By At Frost Fire Mountain.
Ample Parking & Beautiful Relaxing Views & Low Visitor Traffic Allow You To Really Enjoy The Park.
