Really neat how the residents of the area marked their property lines with stone walls. I can not imagine the work involved!

Visiting Sixty Foot Falls in McIlroy Township, AR.

Lending a helping hand… UTVs having trouble getting up the steep inclines.

Getting busy out there!

Most of these waterfalls dry up in summer and fall. Best time to visit is in spring.

Trail near whiting mountain road (forest road 4384) near Brashears, Ar.

Great picture! Waterfall along the trails… No bridges, very little infrastructure… like back home in Wisconsin.

Continuing south-east within the St. Francis National Forest.

Neat remnants of a building. Looks like someone is renovating!

Beautiful area, traveling south-east…

Riding along Mill Creek, beautiful part of the Ozarks!

Heading to the trails. We will be guided by Silas, Owner of Mill Creek Outfitters in Combs, Arkansas. He was gracious enough to take us out and show us around, took the whole day, Greatly appreciated his insights into the local geography.

Made it to the Mill Creek Outfitters Campground, great spot in the Ozark Mountains to start your adventure!

Mill Creek Outfitters also offers $5 parking for those not camping at the facility, very close to the trail system and the town of Combs.

If you are in need to supplies or food the small community offers a general store with fuel and a restaurant. Great Location, even better food!
