Wildcat County park located in Clark County in West-Central Wisconsin is a spectacular area to stop and take a break from riding. There are miles of sometimes intense hiking trails but you can definitely choose your path and ability.

Beautiful area to stop along the atv trail and hike or picnic. This is a view from the top.
Wildcat is a mound feature, made mostly of sand stone, located in south-western Clark county directly on the trail from Hatfield to Neillsville.

Hiking Around The Base of The Mound…

Starting Point, Stairs up to the mound.
Starting at the parking lot at the base of Wildcat mound, You see the stairs that carry you up to where the mound is.
There are a few stairs and you can get winded going up. Take your time, it’s worth the effort, I assure you.

This Natural Feature / County Park Is The Perfect Example Of What I’m Trying To Capture. The Park Is Located Half Way In Between Jackson & Clark Counties & Offers Hours Of Exploration For Those Willing To Check It Out.
It’s Such An Amazing View Of The Area & Will Recharge Your Spiritual Batteries For Sure.
