Quite often I find myself traveling the trails and weather comes in. While I try to plan around weather, storms popup and I’m caught in it.
The reason this is an issue is, the wet trails can become damaged, if excessively used during a rain event.
However, When is does rain and I’m caught in it, these are some of the best riding conditions due to lower traffic and no dust.
This is one of the main reasons I switched to a UTV from an ATV, protection from the rain and added safety from the roll cage and seat belt systems.
As long as you are not excessively throttling, braking or speeding through corners, the wet trails provide a different riding experience, one the that you should try, at least once.
