This tunnel is part of the North-south corridor 25 in Central Wisconsin & opened several years ago, offers access to other areas of the community, that were previously cut-off to ohv traffic due to the highway and Interstate 94. Essentially this tunnel opened up the west-side of the community to ohv traffic.

This is certainly the longest tunnel for recreation that I have come across to date.
